AOC Recruitment 2024: Exam Syllabus and Pattern

AOC MTS, JOA, TMM, Fireman Exam Syllabus 2024: Exam syllabus is same for all the posts of AOC Recruitment 2024. But difficulty level may changes depends the level of the posts. For Matric level MTS< Tradesman Mate TMM, Fireman, Carpenter, Painter posts exam syllabus is 10^th standard level and difficulty level is easy. For 10+2 level Tele Operator, JOA posts syllabus is 10+2 standard level and difficulty level is moderate. For Graduate level Material Assistant posts syllabus is degree level and difficulty level is high. 

Army Ordnance Corps Recruitment 2024 Exam Syllabus Pattern:

·         AOC Exam will be conducted for 150 marks.,

·         For all the posts exam duration is 2 hours.

·         Total 150 questions will be given.

·         Each question carries one marks.

·         There is 0.25 negative mark for each wrong answer.

AOC JOA, Material Assistant Exam Syllabus Pattern

·  General Intelligence & Reasoning: 50 questions, 50 marks

·  Numerical Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks

·  General Awareness: 25 questions, 25 marks

·  English Language & Comprehension: 50 questions, 50 marks

 

 

AOC Exam Pattern:

• Type of Exam: Objective-type, multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
• Mode of Exam: OMR-based
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer
• Duration: 2 hours (20 minutes extra for visually impaired candidates per hour)

Subject-wise Topics

1. General Intelligence & Reasoning

   • Verbal and non-verbal reasoning, analogies, problem-solving, decision-making, visual memory, classification, arithmetical computation, and other analytical functions.

2. Numerical Aptitude

   • Number systems, decimals, fractions, percentages, averages, profit and loss, time and distance, ratio and proportion, mensuration, and fundamental arithmetic operations.

3. General English

   • Grammar, sentence structure, vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, and comprehension skills.

4. General Awareness

   • Current events, Indian history, culture, geography, economic policies, Indian Constitution, and scientific research.
