ITBP Kitchen Service Constable PET, PST Details: The Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) are crucial components of the ITBP Kitchen Service Constable Recruitment 2024. ITBP Kitchen Service Constable Selection is based on Physical Tests, Trade Test, Written exam and documents verification.  These tests are designed to assess the physical fitness and endurance of the candidates. Below are the detailed requirements:

ITBP Constable Kitchen Service Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) Details:

For Male Candidates:

• 1600 meters Run: Must be completed within 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Long Jump: Minimum distance of 11 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
• High Jump: Minimum height of 3 ½ feet, with 3 attempts allowed.

For Female Candidates:

• 800 meters Run: Must be completed within 4 minutes and 45 seconds.
• Long Jump: Minimum distance of 9 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
• High Jump: Minimum height of 3 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.

ITBP Kitchen Service Constable Physical Standards Test (PST) Details:

Height for Male Candidates:

• ST Candidates: 162.5 cm
• Hill Area Candidates: 165 cm
• Other Candidates: 170 cm

Height for Female Candidates:

• ST Candidates: 150 cm
• Hill Area Candidates: 155 cm
• Other Candidates: 157 cm

Candidates who successfully pass the PET and PST will be eligible to move on to the next stage of the recruitment process, which is the written examination.
